I am starting April Gratitude Challenge here is why.

I am big fan of Deepak Chopra and do his meditations regularly.

At the end of March Deepak and Oprah release their 21 free Meditation Experience called ‘Manifesting Grace through Gratitude’ which I started doing and it made me realised that it is time to do the Gratitude Challenge. It is something I have been thinking about for quite a while and the timing felt just right for April.

Thus I have decided throughout the month of April to run a Gratitude Challenge.

To top that, during last weekend of March I had amazing opportunity to attend Joe Dispenza Progressive Workshop in Edinburgh on subjects of Neuroplasticity, Epigenetics and Quantum Physics!
I had absolute blast there. Joe talked to us about the process of reprogramming our subconscious mind, our old self and old programming.

While I could talk about that a lot, what I am getting to is that yet again emotion of Gratitude came up as the top most important and emotion we need in order to bring about change in our life.

Gratitude is the emotion of high appreciation for something, someone, anything.

While we experience gratitude there are physical changes happening in our body, our parasympathetic system is switch on which means our relax and digest response is on. Our body release oxytocin (the ‘hugging’ hormone), our breathing gets deeper. Emotionally we feel better, we feel more present, more grounded and more appreciative of our lives.
It completely changes our outlook and our perspective to life.

With all that it was just perfect time and energy to run with the idea.

What’s #AprilGratitudeChallenge

During the whole of month of April I will be posting at least one thing I am grateful for that day or day before. My post are coming up on Instagram and Facebook. Although on Facebook I will also post a short video about the one thing I am grateful for and why.

I am doing it from many different reasons. I truly want to bring more appreciation into my life, for the simplest things, for difficult things, for amazing things.

Our lives are amazing, they truly are. Lets look at it from different perspective. Lets see whats going to happen!
